DIH, UNICEF to collaborate to launch Ghana Evaluation Week (GEW)

The Team Lead of Development Insights Hub (DIH), Mr. Kwabena Agyei Boakye held talks with UNICEF to collaborate in order to launch the novelty Ghana Evaluation Week (GEW) in Ghana in October this year.
He was accompanied by Mr. Seth Kugblenu, a Director at DIH and Ms. Dede Bedu-Addo, President of the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF).
The UNICEF team led by Mr. Nirav Shah, Manager, Planning and Evaluation, UNICEF with support from Samuel Debrah Osei Amakye, an M&E Officer, indicated that their institution is happy to be part of the process and is looking forward to the launch with optimism.
DIH is also collaborating with the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF), the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA), the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC) and other stakeholders.
GEW (which will be institutionalised as an annual affair) is to serve as a platform to foster harmonized, systematic, and targeted M&E capacity building, knowledge sharing, advocacy, and networking.
