Ama Kwartemaa Agyei Frimpong

Ama Kwartemaa Agyei Frimpong is a dedicated advocate for youth development in Ghana. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Blue Economy, Governance, and Social Resilience, she is expanding her expertise in sustainable economic practices that support both communities and ecosystems.

With over four years of leadership experience, Ama is the founder and president of Bloom Right Ghana Limited, a non-governmental organization focused on enhancing the lives of Ghanaian youth through holistic education. Her work centers on empowering young people to unlock their potential by providing them with the tools to improve all aspects of their lives.

In addition to leading Bloom Right, Ama is an active member of the youth panel for Development Insight Hub, a platform committed to nurturing the talents and capabilities of Ghanaian youth. Through this initiative, young people are connected with experienced professionals, fostering meaningful growth and development opportunities.

Ama’s guiding principles- Faith, Love, Integrity, Empathy, and Growth- inspire both her personal journey and her professional endeavours. These values fuel her commitment to creating lasting, positive change within her community.
