Dr. Thomas Wobill

Chief Technical Officer

Thomas has over 25 years’ experience in multiple countries and sectors, he is an international development specialist with professional experience in program management, human and institutional capacity development, results-based management, knowledge management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning in sustainable research and development initiatives. Interventions include poverty reduction, education, health, agriculture, agribusiness, food security and food systems, through adaptive management, collaborating, learning, and adapting approaches.

Functional roles were undertaken with programs funded by Global Affairs Canada, International Trade Centre, United States Agency for International Development, the World Bank, Catholic Relief Services, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, United Nations Population Fund, International Fund for Agriculture Development, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the African Development Bank, Academy for Educational Development, and the United States Peace Corps.

Thomas holds a Ph.D. Degree in Management from Walden University (U.S.A.), a Master’s Degree in Development Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Combined Major Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Ghana.
