Gyamfi Amanquah

Gyamfi Amanquah is the Managing Director of GOENERGY,

• Holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Burgas, Bulgaria.
• Has EMBA degree from Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration, (GIMPA)

• Has 3 years’ experience in the upstream industry (GNPG) and 22 years’ experience in the downstream industry (GOIL).
• Served in various capacities in GOIL including Regional Manager, District Manager, Distribution Manager, Engineering Services Manager and Bunkering Manager and Head of Technical & Special Products.
• Has extensive knowledge in Oil and Gas trading.
• Has extensive training with various institutions both local and international.

Gyamfi has championed his organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs which has been anchored on initiatives, programs and projects that benefit communities in need especially young people and women.

The core of his company’s CSR business has been in water and sanitation. It has continued with its portable water supply project by delivering mechanized boreholes to several deprived communities spread across the length and breadth of the country (Ghana).

His company has also been supporting health facilities and educational institutions with teaching aids and materials. Orphanages and needy institutions have also been supported a great deal with the provision of infrastructure and for their sustenance. They also promoted sports especially the development of local soccer in the form of talent spotting, while athletics and beach soccer have also received some support from the company.

Mr. Amanquah is committed to making a real difference in the lives of poor communities through their CSR interventions.
